Exchange policy
Sometimes sizing isn’talways perfect, therefore Soré Swim adopt an Exchange only policy (Excluding Swimwear)
- For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on swimwear. Please refer to our size guide to ensure you purchase the appropriate size.
Note that shipping costs for items sent back are not covered by Soré Swim, therefore we urge you to keep a proof of postage.
Drop an email to Info@SoreSwim.com include:
- Your name
- Order number
- Reason for exchange
- Exchange details
*Exchanges are dependent on stock availability. If the requested size is not available you will be offered a full refund for the item.
Faulty/damaged Item:
While we hope this never happens, If you consider the item to be faulty or damaged in anyway this MUST be reported to us within 24 hours of the item being received by you. Any reports outside of this time frame will not be valid.
